Victoria Experimental High School's "Dream 100" Scholarship Program for the 108th Academic Year

I. Application Qualifications:
1. Students from low-income households.
2. Students from lower-middle-income households.
3. Students with scarce family economic resources.
Graduating junior high and elementary school students who meet one of the above conditions and have development potential.

II. Number of Admissions: A maximum of ten students in total for junior high and high school students each academic year.

III. Financial Aid Method:
1. Full tuition waiver (including tuition, fees, food, accommodation, transportation, uniforms, etc.).
2. During the period of study at the school, the following standards must be met; otherwise, the financial aid will be terminated:
(1) Academic performance will be calculated each semester. Students must rank within the top 10% of their grade level, and the average semester grade for junior high and high school students must reach 88 points.
(2) No disciplinary actions of major demerit or above.
(3) Upright character, serving as a role model for classmates.
(4) Must complete the entire secondary education at the school.
3. After the end of each semester, a committee meeting will be convened to review and decide on the aforementioned matters.
4. During the period of study at the school, students who leave due to the aforementioned reasons will be responsible for their own university admission rights.
5. After entering university, financial aid will continue to be provided for tuition and fees to help students successfully complete their studies. Related regulations will be established separately.
6. This program is planned to operate for a period of ten years from the 105th academic year, with a target of one hundred students.

IV. Application Method:
1. Recommendations can be made by school principals, teachers, social figures, or self-recommendation by students.
2. From November 1, 107 to May 24, 108 (postmark as proof), complete the application form and send it to the school's academic affairs office for processing. Written and oral examinations will be notified in batches by June 5, 108.
3. The recommendation form must be stamped by the applicant's school principal and accompanied by a letter of recommendation from the homeroom teacher and the student's Chinese and English autobiographies.

V. Review Method:
1. Written examination subjects: Chinese (including composition), English (including listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and Mathematics, totaling three subjects.
2. The oral examination will be conducted by a committee composed of school administrators and invited distinguished members of society.
3. After completing the written and oral examinations, applicants will be notified of the review results by June 14, 108.
