I. In accordance with the letter No. 10701481472 from the National and Preschool Education Administration, Ministry of Education, dated December 19, 2018.
II. To encourage children of new immigrants to visit their (maternal/paternal) grandparents during holidays for family life, language learning, and cultural exchange experiences, strengthen their language and cultural connections, and cultivate seeds for multicultural talent to connect with the world, the aforementioned plan is specially organized.
III. In 108 (2019), a peer group theme was added. It targets children of new immigrants currently enrolled in universities or higher education institutions, along with their classmates (at least one of whom is a child of a new immigrant) from the same or different schools. The group is limited to 3 people, with an estimated 5 groups and a total of 15 individuals to be selected.
IV. The activity brochure and application form are attached (as shown in the appendix). The application period for this activity is from February 11, 108 (Monday) to March 22, 108 (Friday), with the postmark date serving as the basis for submission.
