The Bank of Taiwan's Civil Servant and Military Personnel Insurance Department's 2nd Quarter 2019 Service Satisfaction Survey was conducted from April 11 to April 24, 2019. We kindly request all civil servant and military personnel insurance beneficiaries at our school to actively participate in filling out the survey.

臺灣銀行公教保險部108年度第2季服務滿意度調查，調查期間為108年4月11日起至4月24日止，敬請本校公保被保險人踴躍填寫。
臺灣銀行公教保險部為瞭解公保被保險人對其服務品質之滿意度，並加強聯繫與溝通，藉以改進及提升服務績效，爰辦理「臺灣銀行公教保險部108年度第2季服務滿意度調查」。
說明：
一、本次服務滿意度調查以網路問卷方式進行，請連結至臺灣銀行全球資訊網（http://www.bot.com.tw），點選「公保服務」，或直接連結至「公保服務」（http://www.bot.com.tw/GESSI），點選「服務滿意度調查」(詳附檔填表說明)，本次調查期間為108年4月11日起至4月24日止。
二、調查對象為公保業務承辦人及被保險人，請本校公保被保險人踴躍填寫。
