1. To strengthen the psychological quality of the citizens of our city and learn how to cope with stress, a lecture titled "Understanding Stress - A Brief Discussion on Stress, Parenting, and Health" will be held at the 4th-floor auditorium of the Guishan Branch of the Taoyuan Municipal Library from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM on July 6, 2019 (Saturday).

龜山分館4樓演藝廳辦理「認識壓力─淺談壓力、教養與健

康」講座。

2. Professor Chen Yong-yi has been invited as the lecturer. Professor Chen previously taught at the United States Military Academy at West Point, training cadets to face combat stress. She is currently a professor in the Department of Psychology at National Central University, with research focusing on stress, emotion, and health. She is the author of "This Life Lesson: 26 Reflections from a Psychologist Undercover in the Medical Field," among other works.

西點軍校，訓練軍校生面對戰鬥壓力；目前為國立中央大

學認知神經科學系所心理學教授，研究重點主要為壓力、

情緒及健康。著有《生命這堂課：心理學家臥底醫療現場

的26個思索》等著作。
