All colleagues are welcome to refer to and utilize this plan.

說明：
一、依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）108年6月12日總處給字第10800360892號函辦理，並附原函及附件影本各1份。
二、108年至111年全國公教員工及其親屬長期照顧保險方案由國泰人壽保險股份有限公司（以下簡稱國泰人壽）承作，為因應少子女化及高齡化發展趨勢，協助公教員工強化家庭照顧之保障，保險之適用對象，納入中央及地方各機關、公私立學校及公營事業機構員工之子女。
三、本保險相關資訊業已公告於人事總處全球資訊網（http://dgpa.gov.tw）給與福利處「福利文康」區、桃園市政府人事處網站(http://personnel.tycg.gov.tw)業務資訊─待遇福利─福利專區，及國泰人壽官方網站「公教人員長照服務專區」；如需進一步瞭解相關內容，請洽詢國泰人壽，服務專線0800-036-599。
