Explanation:

1. In accordance with the "Principles for Borrowing Teachers from Senior High Schools, Kindergartens, and Below by the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" and the National Academy for Educational Research's letter No. TAIJIAOGUO SHUXUEZI NO. 1080072333 dated June 26, 108.

2. The National Academy for Educational Research plans to borrow teachers from national schools and various municipalities and counties (cities) to serve in administrative roles at the National Academy for Educational Research for the 108 academic year to handle student affairs and counseling work. The details are as follows:

(1) Teacher qualifications:

1. Full-time teachers within the establishment of public schools (excluding remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).

2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience and possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience.

3. Must have a passion for educational administration work and be conscientious and responsible.

4. Must be proficient in operating office computer software.

(2) Loan period: The loan period for the 108 academic year is from August 1, 108, to July 31, 109.

(3) Service location: Ministry of Education, National Academy for Educational Research - Taichung Office (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City).

(4) Duties: To be responsible for promoting student affairs and counseling education in senior high schools and below.

(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the aforementioned operating principles and relevant regulations.
