Explanation:

I. In accordance with the "Implementation Plan for Childcare Services for Employees of Agencies and Schools under the Executive Yuan" and the "Friendly Family - Welfare Service Measures for Civil Servants and Employees Promotion Plan."II. The relevant matters of this plan are as follows:III. Eligible beneficiaries and methods:

1. Eligible beneficiaries include civil servants, technical staff, workers, drivers, contract employees, and temporary staff of agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.

2. Preferential measures can be enjoyed by presenting employee cards, identification cards, or proof of employment.

IV. This plan only provides preferential information for eligible beneficiaries to refer to and utilize freely. It does not handle any money or receive any financial kickbacks. In case of consumption disputes or litigation, the beneficiary shall handle it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code. The Taoyuan City Government will not intervene in the performance of rights and obligations between the parties and the childcare service institution.

V. This plan is a 2-year term, starting from the date each preferential childcare service institution signs the cooperation agreement until the end of the 2-year contract period. When the cooperation relationship is terminated or the childcare service institution ceases operations, it will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of the Taoyuan City Government.

VI. Contracted childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be inquired about on the employee welfare section of the Taoyuan City Government Personnel Department website.
