To prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our colleagues, the Taoyuan City Government actively promoted health workplace initiatives in 2019. Colleagues are encouraged to make full use of these resources.

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Civil Service's letter dated September 25, 2019, Ref. No. 1084858651.

2. To prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our colleagues, the Taoyuan City Government actively promoted the following health workplace initiatives in 2019:

(1) Health Check-up Discount Program: Eight regional hospitals or higher-level medical institutions in our city offer various health check-up packages ranging from NT$3,500 to NT$16,000.

(2) "2019 Exercise for Longevity, Health for Life" Fitness Program: The Taoyuan City Department of Health has hired professional fitness coaches to lead diverse exercise classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the City Hall Plaza (relocated to the City Hall B2 Hallway in case of rain) until December 31, 2019.

(3) Our City's "Healthy Eating Map": Utilizing Google Maps, this map highlights dining options that adhere to healthy eating principles, allowing colleagues to dine conveniently and healthily.

(4) Employee Assistance Program (EAP): One psychologist has been hired to exclusively manage EAP-related services. Colleagues can request consultations on psychological, legal, financial, medical, or work-related matters as needed. After an initial assessment by the psychologist, further recommendations will be provided by external professional partners based on the consultation topic. All services are confidential.
