Human Resources Office Announcement
The Ministry of Personnel is conducting a questionnaire survey to understand the views of civil servants and public employees insured under the Civil Service Insurance Program on childcare leave and the application for childcare leave allowance. This information will serve as a reference for future research on related benefit policies for the Civil Service Insurance Program. We kindly request all insured individuals at our university to complete the questionnaire online.

銓敘部為瞭解公教人員保險被保險人對於育嬰留職停薪及請領育嬰留職停薪津貼之看法，作為未來公保相關給付政策研析之參據，進行問卷調查，請本校公保被保險人上網填寫問卷。
說明：
一、依據銓敘部108年10月15日部退一字第1084863977號書函辦理。
二、問卷調查進行方式說明如下：
(一)填寫問卷期程：108年11月1日起至11月30日止。
(二)調查對象：請各要保機關洽詢至少2名機關內20歲至55歲且有意願接受問卷調查之被保險人填答。
(三)填寫問卷方式：採網路線上填答，填答網址：https://www.surveycake.com/s/lx3Lp
