Explanation:

1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration's Letter No. 1080047127 dated November 7, 108.

2. The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has completed the selection process for this project. A total of four issuing banks have been selected: First Commercial Bank, E.SUN Commercial Bank, SinoPac Bank, and CTBC Bank. To help colleagues understand the preferential measures offered by each bank, the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel has posted a comparison table of the preferential measures of the aforementioned four banks and the contract documents on the department's website (https://personnel.tycg.gov.tw/) under the latest news section. Two briefing sessions will be held in the B2 Grand Auditorium of the City Government. Colleagues are welcome to attend. If you are interested, please take leave to attend.
