To inform the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration of the revised "List of Preferential Deposit Scope as Stipulated in the Proviso of Article 16, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Civil Service Insurance Act", the "List of Severance and Retirement Benefits Scope as Stipulated in Article 17, Paragraph 4, Items 1 and 2 of the Civil Service Insurance Act", and the "List of Preferential Deposit Scope as Stipulated in Article 17, Paragraph 4, Item 3 of the Civil Service Insurance Act".

轉知銓敘部修正後之「公教人員保險法第16條第2項第1款但書所定優惠存款範圍一覽表」、「公教人員保險法第17條第4項第1款、第2款所定離退給與範圍一覽表」及「公教人員保險法第17條第4項第3款所定優惠存款範圍一覽表」。
說明：
一、依銓敘部108年11月18日部退一字第1084862993號函辦理，
並附原函及其附件影本各1份。
二、另桃園航空城股份有限公司及桃園大眾捷運股份有限公司
如訂有董事長及總經理退離相關規定，請依程序報送核定
或備查，並由桃園市政府函報銓敘部認定。
