Ministry of Education1090130Notice, please public schools cooperate in handling the following matters:

1.For faculty and staff entering from Hong Kong, Macau, and China, please have them rest at home for14days after entry, and avoid coming to school for classes or work.classes or work.

2.Faculty and staff entering from Hong Kong, Macau, and China who cooperate with14days of rest at home will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations issued by the Directorate-General of Personnel:

(1)Public school teachers entering from Hong Kong, Macau, and China who are asymptomatic but have a travel history to "Hubei Province" will be subject to the management mechanism of the Central Epidemic Command Center for14days of health care( home quarantine )period, and will be granted official leave.

(2)Other public school teachers entering from Hong Kong, Macau, and China who are asymptomatic will rest at home in accordance with the management mechanism of the Central Epidemic Command Center for14days of self-health observation period, and may register for sick leave, which will not be counted towards the annual sick leave days, nor will it be included in the annual performance evaluation. 

In accordance with the above regulations, if any faculty or staff of our school falls under the matters listed in the above notice( entering from Hong Kong, Macau, and China ), please inform the Human Resources Office by phone before noon tomorrow1/31(Friday),so that we can report to the Bureau of Education. Please also cooperate by resting at home for14days after entry, and avoid coming to school for classes or work (information on class coverage will be provided after the Bureau of Education's regulations are announced). In addition, if you are confirmed as a case by relevant authorities, or have been in contact with a confirmed case, please also inform us so that the Bureau of Education can compile and estimate the substitute teacher fees.
