To inform you about the reporting matters for civil servants and personnel with specific statuses (including retired and resigned) who have multiple reporting obligations, after returning to Taiwan from mainland China.
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of the Interior's letter No. 1090930612 dated February 3, 109, and
attached is a copy of the original letter.
2. Article 9, Paragraph 5 of the "Act Governing Relations Between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area" stipulates that
current and retired/resigned personnel shall report to their (former) service agency or entrusted agency after returning to Taiwan from mainland China,
and this provision has been in effect since September 1, 108.
3. Based on government unity, simplification of procedures, convenience for the public, and consistency of administrative regulations, for civil servants and personnel with specific statuses (including retired and resigned) who have multiple
reporting obligations and enter mainland China, the principles for their reporting after returning to Taiwan are as follows:

(1) For current personnel with multiple reporting obligations, the reporting form after returning from mainland China shall be submitted to their current
service agency; if their former service agency for retired/resigned personnel needs to be informed, it may conduct necessary investigations or agencies may mutually share reporting
information through administrative coordination.

(2) For retired/resigned personnel (without current employment) with multiple reporting obligations, the reporting form shall be submitted to the last
managing agency; if the control period of the reporting agency has expired, the form shall be submitted sequentially to the previous managing agency that still has a control period remaining.
期屆滿之情形，則依次向前一個列管且仍保有管制期間
之機關送交。
