Explanation:

1. In accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA), Executive Yuan, dated February 7, 2020, No. 10900262461.

2. To create a family-friendly workplace environment, the DGPA has coordinated and planned various welfare service measures, including housing loans and consumer loans, for the reference and use of civil servants, teachers, and their dependents nationwide.

3. To promote these welfare service measures, the DGPA has commissioned a vendor to produce an animated short film on welfare service measures for civil servants and teachers. Additionally, the Personnel Department of Taoyuan City Government has produced a promotional flyer on welfare service measures for military, civil, and public school employees nationwide, which includes a QR code link to the DGPA's e-platform for public servant welfare to enhance promotional effectiveness.
