To inform you about the amendment of the "Operational Guidelines for Civil Servants and Police Personnel of Rank 10 and Below, and Rank 4 and Below in the Police Force, Not Involving National Security Secrets, Traveling to the Mainland Area" by the Ministry of the Interior. The name has been amended to "Operational Guidelines for Civil Servants and Police Personnel of Rank 10 and Below, and Rank 4 and Below in the Police Force, Not Involving National Security Interests or Secrets, Traveling to the Mainland Area", effective February 20, 2020.

轉知有關內政部修正「簡任第十職等及警監四階以下未涉及國家安全機密之公務員及警察人員赴大陸地區作業要點」部分規定，並將名稱修正為「簡任第十職等及警監四階以下未涉及國家安全利益或機密之公務員及警察人員赴大陸地區作業要點」，自109年2月20日生效一案。
