有關各機關、學校及事業機構人員（以下簡稱各類人員）自109年3月13日起出國，返國後經衛生主管機關列為自主健康管理對象，如需請假回歸各類人員請假規則規定辦理。

說明：

2. In view of the increasingly severe international COVID-19 (Wuhan pneumonia) epidemic, the World Health
Organization has declared the epidemic a global pandemic. Considering that epidemic areas and airplanes are high
risk infection areas (environments), in order to reduce the domestic epidemic prevention burden and avoid affecting
personnel deployment of agencies, all personnel are urged to carefully assess the necessity and
urgency of traveling abroad. Therefore, from March 13, 2020, for those who do not travel abroad on official business,
if self-health management is required upon return, their leave shall be handled in accordance with the leave regulations for personnel of all categories,
using leave types such as annual leave, personal leave, sick leave, or compensatory time off for overtime.
3. If the Central Epidemic Command Center has other regulations for specific personnel, those regulations shall prevail.
