To enhance user convenience and protect personal privacy, the National Tourism Card verification system has added a user function to "mark/unmark transactions not to be issued." This feature will be officially launched on April 9, 2020 (Thursday).

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA) of the Executive Yuan's letter No. 1090029737 dated March 31, 2020.
2. In response to the new National Tourism Card system implemented on January 1, 2020, which relaxes the restriction that card usage must be on holidays, and to meet user needs, the DGPA has commissioned the Joint Credit Card Processing Center (JCCPC) to add the function for users to mark/unmark transactions not to be issued. If you have any questions regarding the National Tourism Card verification system, please contact the JCCPC directly (Tel: 02-2715-1754).

3. Attached are copies of the original letter, operation instructions, "National Tourism Card Related Matters Q&A (Revised by DGPA in March 2020)," and "Revised National Tourism Card Related Matters Q&A - Q.04.21 (Revised by DGPA in March 2020)," each in one copy.
