轉知有關銓敘部109年5月5日部法一字第10949292981號令暨其附表影本及「銓敘部就公務員服務法相關解釋停止適用一覽表」一案。
說明：
一、依銓敘部109年5月5日部法一字第10949292982號函辦理，
並附原函及相關附件影本各1份。
二、銓敘部重行檢討「銓敘法規釋例彙編」（106年12月版）所
收錄之公務員服務法相關解釋，其中部分解釋因相關法規
已有明文、原解釋已無適用情形，或該部原見解根據權責
機關解釋有所變更等由，應予停止適用且不再收錄於上開
釋例彙編，並經銓敘部109年5月5日令停止適用在案。
