Please inform all civil servant colleagues of our school that if you are interested in serving as invigilators for the 109th Civil Service Examination in the Taoyuan examination area, please obtain consent from your direct supervisor and submit an application form to the Personnel Office by June 22nd.

Details:
1. The 109th Civil Service Examination (Ordinary Examination) will be held from July 17th to July 18th, 109, and the Higher Civil Service Examination (Level 3) will be held from July 19th to July 21st, 109. Zhongli Commercial Vocational High School and Taoyuan Vocational High School will be used as examination sites.

2. When filling out the form, you must select your preferred examination site and examination level (choose one site and one examination level). If selected by the Taoyuan City Government, you must participate in all examination duties (if appointed as an invigilator for the Ordinary Examination, you must attend on both July 17th and 18th; for the Higher Examination Level 3, you must attend from July 19th to 21st).

3. Personnel recommended by each agency and school will still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government according to the "Key Points for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators." Those who meet the appointment criteria will be notified by letter. If the number of available slots is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold an invigilator identification card for national examinations or have prior experience as invigilators in national examinations.

4. Staff appointed to participate in examination duties will be granted official leave for the duration of their service as invigilators and will be paid a daily allowance. No make-up leave will be granted.

5. Limited parking spaces are available at each examination site. Invigilators are encouraged to use public transportation.

6. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, please inform recommended personnel that if they are appointed to participate in examination duties, they must wear masks during their service as invigilators. If you have traveled to a region that requires home quarantine upon entry as announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center within the past 14 days, or if you have symptoms such as fever or respiratory issues (cough, sore throat, sneezing), please do not go to the examination site.
