Therefore, individuals who have obtained the qualification of an assessor and have been appointed by the practical skills testing unit to serve as an assessor, in accordance with the Vocational Training Act, the Regulations for Skills Testing and Certification of Technicians, and the Examination Rules, fall under the circumstances of "positions established for task forces or temporary needs, as determined by the competent authorities (organizations)" as mentioned in the aforementioned Ministry of Personnel Letter dated November 25, 2019.
