Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government's letter No. 1090189471 dated July 29, 2020.

2. The "Sunlight Law on Conflict of Interest for Public Officials" (hereinafter referred to as the "Conflict of Interest Law") was amended and took effect on December 13, 2018.
Due to significant revisions in the new regulations (e.g., expanding the scope of related parties, introducing restrictions on subsidy transactions, and establishing a disclosure mechanism), the Control Yuan
had previously organized several promotional seminars. However, due to COVID-19 prevention measures in 2020, which restrict large gatherings, the Control Yuan has produced a total of 6 promotional videos to actively and diversely promote the new regulations.
We kindly request that all agencies assist in notifying their subordinate agencies and organizations, as well as public officials subject to the Conflict of Interest Law, and personnel responsible for political ethics, human resources, procurement, and subsidies, to view these videos and avoid legal violations and penalties.
