Note: In accordance with the regulations of the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education's letters dated October 5, 110 (2021) (Doc. No. 1100091491) and December 30, 110 (2021) (Doc. No. 1100121711), teachers and staff who receive vaccinations at medical institutions or community vaccination sites will be granted "half-day official leave" with the condition that their teaching responsibilities are self-managed:
1. Please apply through our school's cloud attendance system. The path is: Attendance System → Leave Application → Click on Official Leave Application (No Travel Expenses). For the type of official leave, please select "Other." For the reason for official leave, please fill in "Third Dose Vaccination." After vaccination, please upload proof of vaccination - the yellow card.
2. For discomfort within 24 hours after vaccination on the following day, sick leave may be applied for. However, this will be counted towards your annual personal and sick leave days and performance evaluation.
3. If discomfort persists beyond 24 hours after vaccination on the following day, the sick leave taken will not be counted towards your annual personal and sick leave days and performance evaluation.
4. Please try to avoid using "Vaccination Leave" as it is unpaid according to regulations!
