Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's letters of January 28, 111, No. 11100000011 and No. 11100000016.

2. The central government's general budget for 111 has been passed by the Legislative Yuan in its 4th session of the 10th term on January 28, 111. This budget will complete the legal procedures upon promulgation by the President.

3. The monthly allowances for heads of agencies at the 13th rank (political appointee) and other heads of agencies at the 13th rank (permanent appointee) have been increased to NT$38,350 and NT$31,480, respectively.

4. The conversion rate for the remuneration and salary points of contracted and temporary employees hired in general and remote areas by the subordinate agencies and schools of the Taoyuan City Government in 111 will be announced separately.
