For your information, here is the implementation guideline for the 6th Civil Service Badminton Championship of our city.

Details:
1. The event will be held on April 16, 2022 (Saturday) at 8:00 AM at the Taoyuan City Stadium.

2. Team formation and eligibility:
(1) Civil Servants Group:
1. Teams can be formed by the Taoyuan City Council, first-level agencies of the Taoyuan City Government (including affiliated agencies), various public institutions, district offices (Fuxing District includes the District Council), and the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association. Each can form 1 to 2 male and female teams respectively. The Department of Indigenous Peoples Affairs, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Bureau, Department of Youth Affairs, and Department of Information Technology may form joint teams or combine with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Department of Government Ethics, and the Research and Development Review Committee to form a city government combined team.
2. Participating players in each team are limited to full-time personnel within the establishment, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning personnel, security guards, or contract employees within the budget, job substitutes, and temporary staff paid monthly. Substitute service personnel are not included.
3. Participants from the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association are limited to retired civil servants and public school teachers from agencies and schools affiliated with the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Teachers and Staff Group:
1. Teams are formed by district. Each district office can form one male and one female team. Participating players in each team are limited to full-time teachers and staff, and contract employees within the establishment of municipal schools at all levels within the district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are not included.
2. Full-time staff of municipal schools at all levels may choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers and Staff Group, but cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff of municipal kindergartens will be included in the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

3. The expenses for participating teams shall be borne by each agency (expenses for the Teachers and Staff Group shall be covered by the budget for 'District-level Hosting of National Sports Events' by each district office).

4. In accordance with the COVID-19 epidemic prevention measures, only participants and staff are allowed to enter the venue. All individuals entering the venue must wear masks, undergo temperature checks and hand sanitization, and complete a health declaration form. Individuals with a fever will not be allowed to participate.

5. Agencies and public institutions forming teams are requested to complete the registration form and send the WORD electronic file to the contact person's email (10053197@mail.tycg.gov.tw) by March 25, 2022 (Friday). The stamped hard copy does not require a cover letter and should be sent directly to the Compensation Section of the Department of Personnel, Taoyuan City Government.

6. A team leader meeting will be held on March 31, 2022 (Thursday) at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Participating agencies must send representatives. Any agency not attending will have their team drawn by the organizer without objection.
