Human Resources Office Announcement
In response to the adjustment of the interest rate for the 2-year fixed-term savings deposit by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chunghwa Post), the interest rate for the housing loan preferential purchase program for civil servants and public employees of Taoyuan City Government and the former township/town/city offices of Taoyuan County will also be adjusted accordingly.

為配合中華郵政股份有限公司（以下簡稱中華郵政）2年期定期儲金機動利率調整，桃園市政府及原桃園縣各鄉鎮市公所公教人員輔購住宅貸款利率亦配合調整。
說明：
一、依內政部營建署111年3月25日營署財字第1111062794號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。
二、本貸款借款人負擔利率，係按中華郵政2年期定期儲金機動利率加年息0.042%計算機動調整。
三、配合中華郵政2年期定期儲金機動利率自111年3月23日起由原年息0.845%調整為年息1.095%，爰旨揭貸款借款人負擔利息由0.887%調升為1.137%。
