轉知有關行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）轉勞動部函「性別工作平等法」第18條規定解釋令一案。
說明：
一、依人事總處112年2月4日總處培字第1120011100號函轉勞動部同年1月19日勞動條4字第1120147501B號函辦理，並附原函影本（含附件）1份。
二、「性別工作平等法」第18條規定之「每日」，包括出勤之工作日、休息日及休假日。
