For your information, here is the implementation guideline for the 7th Civil Servants and Teachers Badminton Championship of our city.

Details:
1. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2023, starting at 8:00 AM at the Taoyuan City Stadium.

2. Team formation and eligibility:
(1) Civil Servants Group:
1. Teams can be formed by the City Council, first-level agencies of the Taoyuan City Government (including subordinate agencies), various public institutions, district offices (including Fuxing District's representative council), and the Taoyuan City Government Retired Personnel Association. Each can form 1 to 2 male and female teams respectively. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Bureau, Youth Affairs Bureau, and Department of Information Technology may form a joint team or combine with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Department of Government Ethics, and the Research and Development Evaluation Committee to form a city government combined team.
2. Participating athletes for each team are limited to current full-time personnel, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning personnel, security guards, or budgeted contract employees, temporary staff paid monthly, and acting personnel. Substitute service personnel are not included.
3. Participants from the Taoyuan City Government Retired Personnel Association are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies and schools under the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Teachers and Staff Group:
1. Teams are formed by district. Each district office can form one male and one female team. Participating athletes for each team are limited to current full-time teachers and staff, and contract employees of public schools within each district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are not included.
2. Full-time staff of public schools can choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers and Staff Group, but cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff of public kindergartens are included in the Department of Education and will participate in the Civil Servants Group.

3. The expenses for participating teams will be borne by each agency (expenses for the Teachers and Staff Group will be covered by the budget for "District-level Public Sports Events" of each district office).

4. Masks are only allowed to be removed during the competition, meals, and for photos. Masks must be worn at all other times. Relevant epidemic prevention measures will be adjusted dynamically based on the epidemic situation.

5. Agencies and public institutions forming teams are requested to complete the registration form and send the WORD electronic file to the contact person's email (10053197@mail.tycg.gov.tw) by Friday, March 31, 2023. The original signed and stamped paper copy should be sent directly without a cover letter. Department of Personnel (Compensation Division).

6. The team leaders' meeting will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Participating agencies must send representatives. Failure to attend will result in the organizing unit drawing lots on behalf of the absent party, with no objections allowed.
