To inform you about the promulgation of the "Regulations on Civil Servants' Consent to Express Official Remarks" and the "Regulations on Civil Servants' Concurrent Employment" by the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan on March 30, 112 (2023), and the repeal of the "Regulations on Permission for Civil Servants to Hold Paid Positions in Non-profit Organizations or Associations" on the same day.

轉知有關112年3月30日考試院會同行政院訂定發布「公務員發表職務言論同意辦法」及「公務員兼職同意辦法」(以下簡稱兼職同意辦法)，且「公務員兼任非營利事業或團體受有報酬職務許可辦法」經考試院同日廢止一案。
說明：
一、依銓敘部112年4月17日部法一字第1125557818號函辦理，並附原函及相關資料影本各1份。
二、依兼職同意辦法第4條規定及其立法說明，為期機關(構)實務運作之順遂，對於公務員兼職申請書應載明之事項及範本，由銓敘部定之，又該部考量現行實務上已普遍運用電子化作業模式處理公務事項，是上開申請書得以書面或電子文件提出申請，並得由各機關(構)依需求調整項目及格式，爰併同檢送「公務員兼職申請書(範本)」1份(置於銓敘部全球資訊網/服務園地/常用表格下載/人事管理類別)，以供參考運用。
