Regarding the effective date of the amendments to certain articles of the "Act for the Management of the Civil Service Retirement and Survivors Benefit Fund" promulgated on May 10, 112 (Republic of China calendar), it has been jointly announced by the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan. Except for Article 2, Paragraphs 2 and 3, concerning the supervision of the Civil Service Retirement and Survivors Benefit Fund, which will take effect on June 1, 112, the rest of the provisions will take effect on April 30, 112.
