For your information, attached are one copy each of the promotional material and poster for the first phase of the Taoyuan City Government's 2024 Digital Learning Promotion Activity - "Happy Taoyuan Knowledge Sea, Joyful E-Reading Together."

Details:
1. To assist various agencies in promoting their services and policies, and to foster a diverse digital learning atmosphere, ensuring continuous learning, the Taoyuan City Government has selected 13 courses, including "Occupational Safety and Health Protection for Workers," on the "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+" for colleagues to choose from.

2. To increase the selection rate of these courses, this promotional activity is being organized as follows:
(1) Activity Introduction: During the activity period, participants who complete the selection and obtain certification for all the aforementioned courses on the "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+" will be eligible for a lucky draw. A total of 50 winners will be selected, each receiving a UV-resistant folding umbrella.
(2) Participants: Personnel from the Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies and schools (including contract employees and temporary staff).
(3) Activity Period: From January 29, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
(4) Lucky Draw Method: A public lucky draw will be held on July 5, 2024. The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel on July 9, 2024. Winners can claim their prizes from July 10, 2024, to July 31, 2024.
(5) Important Notes: For any of the 13 courses, if the selection and certification were completed before the start of the activity, it will be considered as completed within the activity period.
