Explanation:
I. The Taoyuan City Government organizes this event to enhance the physical and mental health of employees, promote a spirit of sportsmanship, and foster teamwork.

II. The details of this championship are as follows:
(I) Competition Schedule: Saturday, June 29, 113 (2024), from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
(II) Competition Venue: Taoyuan City General Stadium.
(III) Team Formation and Eligibility:
1. Civil Servants Group:
(1) Teams can be formed by the Taoyuan City Council, first-level agencies of the Taoyuan City Government (including affiliated agencies), district offices (including the council for Fuxing District), public institutions, and the Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association. Each may form 1 to 2 teams for men's and women's groups based on gender. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Commission, Youth Affairs Department, and Women and Children Development Commission may form joint teams or participate in the city government's combined team (composed of the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, and Department of Government Ethics).
(2) Participating players are limited to currently employed personnel within the establishment, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, survey assistants, security guards, contract employees, job substitutes, and monthly contracted personnel. Substitute service personnel are excluded. For retirees, participation is limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies and schools affiliated with the Taoyuan City Government.
2. Teachers and Staff Group:
(1) Teams will be formed by each district office, with each district forming one men's and one women's team for teachers and staff. Participating players are limited to currently employed teachers and staff, and contract employees within the municipal schools under the jurisdiction of each district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are excluded.
(2) Full-time staff from municipal schools may choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group or the Teachers and Staff Group, but cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff from municipal kindergartens will be included under the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

III. The expenses for participating teams will be borne by their respective agencies (expenses for the Teachers and Staff Group will be covered by the district offices from the budget for 'District-level Sports Events').

IV. Agencies and public institutions forming teams are requested to complete the registration form and send it to the Taoyuan City Government Department of Personnel, Compensation Division's contact person's mailbox (10056279@mail.tycg.gov.tw) by Friday, June 7, 113 (2024). Please submit both the WORD electronic file and the stamped PDF file.

V. The working meeting and team leaders' meeting for this championship will be held on Thursday, June 13, 113 (2024), at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government. Participating agencies must send representatives. For those who do not attend, the competition schedule will be drawn by the organizing unit on their behalf, and no objections will be accepted.
