To inform you about the Ministry of Education's National Education and Early Childhood Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration")'s recruitment of seconded teachers for the 113 academic year to handle international education exchange affairs for senior high schools and below.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Administration's official letter dated May 17, 113, No. 臺教國署原字第1135701265, and the "Principles for Seconding Teachers from Senior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens to the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Secondment Principles").

2. To carry out the aforementioned affairs, the Administration plans to second teachers from public senior high schools and elementary schools to the Administration for the 113 academic year. The job content and qualifications are as follows:
(1) Teacher Qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers within the establishment of public senior high schools and elementary schools (excluding schools in remote, outlying islands, indigenous areas, and those with a total of 12 classes or fewer).
2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, and possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional teaching skills, and practical experience.
3. Must be proficient in operating computer software for document processing.
(2) Secondment Period: From August 1, 113, to July 31, 114 (whether to continue the secondment for the 114 academic year will be decided later).
(3) Service Location: Administration (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City).
(4) Duties: International education exchange affairs for senior high schools and elementary schools.
(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the Secondment Principles and relevant regulations.
