For your information, please find attached one copy each of the promotional material and poster for the second phase of the Taoyuan City Government's 2024 Digital Learning Promotion Activity - "Learning Without Gaps, Let's E-Learn Together." Colleagues are welcome to actively participate in online learning.

Details:
1. To assist in promoting the policies and initiatives of various agencies and to foster a culture of diverse digital learning, ensuring continuous learning, the Taoyuan City Government has selected 10 courses on the "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+" for colleagues to choose from, including "2024 Civil Servant Leave System Promotion Course for Central and Local Government Agencies (Organizations) by the Executive Yuan."

2. To increase the selection rate of these courses, this promotional activity is being organized as follows:
(1) Activity Overview: During the activity period, participants who complete any of the aforementioned courses on the "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+" will receive one lucky draw opportunity. A total of 50 winners will be selected, each receiving a 500 NTD FamilyMart gift certificate (one per person). Additionally, those who complete all courses and obtain certification will be entered into a separate draw for 20 winners, each receiving a stress-relief nap pillow.
(2) Participants: Personnel from Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies and schools (including contract employees and appointed personnel).
(3) Activity Period: From July 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024.
(4) Lucky Draw Method: A public lucky draw will be held on December 6, 2024. The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel on December 13, 2024. Winners must claim their prizes by December 31, 2024.
(5) Notes: For any of the 10 courses, if a course was already completed and certified before the start of the 2024 activity, it will be considered as completed within the activity period.
