Explanation:
I. To ensure that volunteers and staff assigned to various exhibition areas for the Lantern Festival fully understand their roles and tasks, this course is organized. A total of 15 sessions will be held, each lasting 3 hours, from January 6 to January 17, 114 (2025). Please choose one of the following methods to complete the registration:
Go to the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration's Personnel Service Network (https://ecpa.dgpa.gov.tw/) and navigate to "Application Systems" -> "D6: Lifelong Learning Portal" -> "Return to Front End" -> "Learning Information." Search for "Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan," click search, select courses based on your needs, and click "Online Registration."

II. Upon completion of the training, civil servants from the Taoyuan City Government can obtain 3 hours of lifelong learning credits for civil servants and will be granted official leave to attend; volunteers can obtain 3 hours of "Special Training" credits.
