To inform you about the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (hereinafter referred to as the NAER) recruiting seconded teachers for the 114 academic year to handle administrative planning and resources, curriculum and instruction, and rural and bilingual related affairs for elementary and junior high schools.

Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research's letter No. 1145500471, dated February 11, 114.

2. The NAER, in order to handle administrative planning and resources, curriculum and instruction, and rural and bilingual related affairs for elementary and junior high schools, plans to second teachers from national schools and various municipal and county governments to the NAER Taipei Office for administrative work in the 114 academic year. The details are as follows:
(1) Teacher qualifications:
1. Full-time teachers within the establishment of public schools (excluding remote, outlying island, indigenous areas, and small-scale schools).
2. Must have at least three years of teaching experience, and possess relevant educational administrative knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience.
3. Must have enthusiasm and be responsible for educational administrative work.
4. Must be proficient in operating Office computer software.
(2) Secondment period: The secondment period for the 114 academic year will be from August 1, 114, to July 31, 115.
(3) Service location: NAER Taipei Office (Workplace: No. 97, Section 1, Roosevelt Road, Taipei City, near Exit 3 of MRT Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station).
(4) Duties: To handle administrative planning and resources, curriculum and instruction, and rural and bilingual related affairs for elementary and junior high schools.
(5) Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the "Principles for Seconding Teachers from the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies to Secondary Schools and Kindergartens" and relevant regulations.
