Details:
1. In accordance with the "Letter from the Miaoli County Government dated March 31, 114, with reference number Fu Jiao Wu Zi No. 1140068309."

2. The regulations regarding the transfer of teachers mentioned above are as follows:
(1) The transfer of teachers in Miaoli County is handled in accordance with the "Letter from the Ministry of Education dated May 5, 100, with reference number Tai Ren (1) Zi No. 1000066409," which states: "Referring to the Ministry's letter dated August 10, 99, Tai Ren (1) Zi No. 0990127500, it is stated that the transfer of teachers within the same school to different educational stages or subject areas is premised on the existence of available vacancies within that school for transfer. If a teaching position becomes vacant and is to be filled through allocation (scholarship students), inter-school transfer, or is designated for surplus reduction, or if positions are reserved due to curriculum adjustments or as stipulated by the competent educational administrative authority, that vacancy cannot be filled by a teacher from the same school for transfer. However, if there are still vacancies in the school outside of the aforementioned circumstances, the school should consider and decide whether to approve the transfer of teachers from within the same school after review by the Teacher Review Committee."
(2) Regulations for the transfer of full-time counselors in Miaoli County elementary and junior high schools: Teachers who are transferred into the county through the inter-county transfer process and are subsequently hired by a school must actually serve as full-time counselors in a county elementary or junior high school for a full 5 years. If they hold a valid teaching certificate for another subject area, and provided there are available vacancies within the school for transfer, the school may, after overall consideration and approval by the Teacher Review Committee, allow the teacher to transfer to another subject area within the school.

3. The inter-school transfer of incumbent teachers in Miaoli County is handled in accordance with the "Key Points for Incumbent Teachers in Miaoli County Elementary and Junior High Schools (including the junior high divisions of county-level senior high schools) and Attached Kindergartens Applying for Inter-school Transfer Services."
