2. For the 114 academic year, the estimated surplus schools in the county are Weizhen Junior High School and Douhuan Elementary School. If you choose a surplus school and become a surplus teacher, the procedures will be handled according to the "Guidelines for Counseling and Transfer of Surplus Teachers in Miaoli County's Public Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Attached Kindergartens."

3. The county's Daren Junior High School, Zhunan Junior High School, and Tongxiao Junior High School are the central schools for itinerant teachers in the fields of life technology and information technology. Those who are transferred to the itinerant teacher vacancies in the aforementioned schools should cooperate in performing the duties of itinerant teachers and teach across schools according to the curriculum needs of the county's junior high schools.

4. Indigenous key schools must comply with Article 34 of the Indigenous Education Act. For elementary school indigenous key schools, the proportion of teachers with indigenous status should not be less than one-third of the school's teaching staff. For junior high and high school indigenous key schools, the proportion of teachers with indigenous status should not be less than 5% of the school's teaching staff.
