To inform that civil servants, regardless of whether it is a weekday or holiday, who travel to mainland China must apply for permission or report to their service agency for approval before going to the mainland, and log it in the attendance system.

說明：
一、依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）114年4月10日總處培字第1140014105號函辦理，並附原函影本（含附件）各1份。
二、各機關學校人員不論平、假日赴陸（按：包含入境中國大陸、從中國大陸機場入境轉機及不入境轉機【過境轉機】），均應於赴陸前申請許可或報經服務機關同意，並於差勤系統登錄。
