Retired personnel are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies (schools) under the Taoyuan City Government.
(2) Teachers and Staff Category: Teams will be formed by personnel from municipal schools within each administrative district and will register through the district office. Civil servants from schools may also register for the Civil Servants Category of the district office in their administrative district. Additionally, prospective principals and official teachers seconded to the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Education may also register for the Department of Education team.

4. All accepting registration agencies are requested to handle registrations in accordance with the aforementioned regulations to protect the rights of participants and ensure the fairness of the competition.
