To inform you that July 13, 2025 (Sunday) is the voting day for the recall case of Chen Yu-ling, a councilor of the 4th electoral district of the 20th Nantou County Council. To facilitate employees of all levels of government agencies, schools, organizations, and businesses within the electoral district to vote, the day will be treated as a holiday.

轉知有關114年7月13日（星期日）為南投縣議會第20屆第4選舉區議員陳玉鈴罷免案之投票日，為便利該選舉區內各級機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工前往投票，是日均以放假處理。
說明：
一、依據中央選舉委員會114年6月10日中選人字第1143750141號函暨公職人員選舉罷免法第5條之1規定辦理。
二、選舉區外之機關、學校、團體、事業機構員工依規定不放假，但戶籍設在選舉區並具投票權者，得比照選舉區內員工投票日放假之規定辦理。至適用勞動基準法之勞工，其放假及工資給付等事項，仍請依主管機關勞動部之規定辦理。
