1. In accordance with the official letter from National Chung Hsing University, dated June 10, 114, with reference number 1141400084.

2. Application Period: From Tuesday, June 24, 114, to Friday, July 11, 114.

3. Eligibility for Admission (Application Qualifications):
(1) Graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher from public or registered private universities or independent colleges in Taiwan, or from overseas universities or independent colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education.
(2) Applicants must hold a degree in a related major (department/institute) that aligns with the specialized areas cultivated by this program. Related majors (departments/institutes) are determined by National Chung Hsing University based on the "Republic of China Teacher Professional Competency Guidelines - Pre-service Teacher Education Phase and Pre-service Teacher Education Curriculum Standards," specifically the specialized courses planned to correspond to suitable teaching departments.
(3) Male applicants must have completed their military service and possess a discharge certificate, or hold an exemption certificate. Active military personnel who will be discharged or released from duty before the start of the academic year in September 114 may apply with a "Certificate of Discharge or Release Date" issued by their unit or commanding officer.
