For your information, regarding the adjustment of the venue for the 9th Civil Service Badminton Championship of our city, please comply with the following instructions.

Instructions:
1. The letter from the Taoyuan City Government, dated July 15, 114 (2025), with reference number Fu Ren Ge Zi No. 1140197880, is attached for your reference.
2. The aforementioned competition is scheduled to be held on August 2, 114 (2025) at the Fuyang Badminton Entertainment Flagship Hall. Due to venue capacity limitations and to comply with the venue's usage regulations, the relevant precautions are as follows:
(1) Attire: Participating team members are requested to wear badminton shoes, rubber-soled sports shoes, or indoor sports shoes with white soles. Additionally, all attendees are urged to avoid wearing high heels.
(2) Food and Beverages: Please strictly adhere to the restrictions on prohibited eating and drinking areas within the venue. Only water and sports drinks are permitted in the court and designated preparation areas. For any other food and beverage needs, please proceed to the rest and dining area outside the venue. Water dispensers are available inside the venue. In line with environmental protection policies, all participants are requested to bring their own water bottles and make good use of them.
(3) Transportation: Parking space at the venue is limited. On the day of the competition, parking will only be available for vehicles with VIP passes. A limited area will be open for participants to park motorcycles. For participants needing to park cars, please utilize the surrounding road sections that have been approved for parking, and try to carpool or use public transportation.
(4) Rest Area: Considering the limited seating within the venue, the rest area is exclusively for participating team members and essential administrative staff for pre-competition preparation. All other personnel should use the rest and dining area outside the venue to avoid disrupting the competition.
