The Taoyuan City Education Industry Union is organizing a seminar on "School Incident Meetings and Guidance and Discipline Case Discussions." Teachers in the city are welcome to sign up. Details are as follows.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Education Industry Union's 2025 Work Plan.

2. Seminar Time: October 22, 2025 (Wednesday), 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

3. Seminar Location: 6th Floor Conference Room, Taoyuan Public Library Main Branch (No. 303 Nanping Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City).

4. Target Audience:
(1) Teachers in this city, 70 participants to be selected.
(2) The principle is to have a maximum of 2 teachers per school, based on the order of registration.
(3) Teachers attending this seminar will be granted official leave. Substitute teachers can be hired according to regulations for any classes missed, and substitute teaching fees can be paid. After the Taoyuan City Education Industry Union provides the list of selected participants, the Bureau of Education will assist in notifying the schools to allow teachers who participate in this seminar to register for official leave and attend by arranging for substitute teachers.
(4) The Taoyuan City Bureau of Education issued a letter (Document No. 1140052312, dated June 16, 2025) to all schools to inform them of the relevant seminar information (Attachments 1 and 2).

5. Registration Method:
(1) Registration will begin promptly at 1:00 PM on September 26, 2025 (Friday) and will close at 1:00 PM on October 9, 2025 (Thursday).

(3) If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please send an email to [teuniontw@gmail.com] before October 12, 2025 (Sunday) to facilitate the admission of waitlisted individuals in order.
(4) The list of selected participants will be announced before October 13, 2025 (Monday) on the Taoyuan City Education Industry Union website's latest news section [https://teu.org.tw/] or Facebook fan page [https://www.facebook.com/share/1A1GJ7Rsvb/] and notified via SMS.

6. Seminar Hours: Participants who attend the entire seminar will be granted 3 hours of seminar credit. The Taoyuan City Education Industry Union will consolidate and upload the attendance records to the Taoyuan City Education Development Resources Portal based on the sign-in and sign-out list of attendees on the day.
