To inform about the supplementary explanation from the Ministry of Personnel's letter No. 85 Taichung Fa Er Zi No. 1332483 dated July 20, 1996, regarding the criteria for determining "directly related to the position" as stipulated in the original Article 14-1 (now Article 16) of the Civil Service Act.
Explanation: In accordance with the Ministry of Personnel's letter No. Bu Fa Yi Zi No. 11459083842 dated December 12, 2025, and attached is a copy of the original letter.
