Explanation:
I. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government's Official Letter No. 1150014099 dated January 15, 115.

II. As the Lunar New Year approaches, all administrative staff are requested to comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations"), for example:
(I) Gifts from individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest in their official duties shall be refused or returned, unless the exceptions in Article 4 of the Regulations apply, and shall be reported to the superior and the integrity and ethics office.
(II) Entertainment from individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest in their official duties shall not be attended, unless the exceptions in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations apply. In exceptional circumstances such as official etiquette, public events for folk festivals, etc., attendance shall be permitted only after reporting to the superior and notifying the integrity and ethics office in accordance with Article 10.
(III) Matters involving requests or recommendations shall be handled in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulations, by reporting to the superior and notifying the integrity and ethics office, in order to maintain public trust in the impartial performance of duties by civil servants.
