| Key points of the EAPs program are as follows: |
| (I) | Primary Prevention – Recharge Your Mind and Body for Full Vitality: Based on employees' concerns and differences in agency type, age, gender, and job nature, relevant lectures and activities are planned and provided to enhance employees' self-care abilities and effectively meet various challenges. |
| (II) | Secondary Prevention – Diverse Care, Friendly Companionship: Customized service content or preventive measures are provided for employees of different positions or status categories to meet their needs, aiming to reduce risks and cultivate the ability to cope with potential issues. |
| (III) | Tertiary Prevention – Integrated Resources, Comprehensive Support: Professional resources from various fields within and outside the city government are established and integrated to enable city government agencies and employees to seek professional assistance immediately when facing crisis events. Standard operating procedures and dedicated forms are established for individual employee counseling, supervisor referrals, involuntary cases, and crisis cases, intervening with a systematic approach to effectively reduce the impact of events and minimize the scope of influence. |
