| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Public Service Pension Fund Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Administration) dated March 2, 115, ref. No. 1152085207, as forwarded by our Personnel Department, and enclosing a copy of the original letter and its attachments. |
| II. | The individual account system for civil servants and teachers (hereinafter referred to as the savings system) commenced self-directed investment on January 1, 114. To foster investment and financial management concepts and familiarize participants with the self-directed investment platform, the Fund Administration is organizing the aforementioned lecture series. |
| III. | Please inform your agency (school) of the following details regarding the aforementioned lecture series: |
| (I) | Date and Time: March 25, 115 (Wednesday), from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. |
| (II) | Format: Online lecture (Link: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/49285609766978?p=0NRKrWfugHZG9RKFmD) |
| (III) | Participants: Civil servants and teachers participating in the savings system, and personnel officers. The online platform can accommodate over 1,000 participants. |
| (IV) | Registration: Complete online registration through the "Training Needs and Learning Services System" on the Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the Institute, website: https://www.hrd.gov.tw) before the course begins. |
| (V) | Other Matters: |
| 1. | For the "Name" field, please enter "Agency Abbreviation - Full Name". The Fund Administration will record the learning hours after confirming consistency between attendance and registration information. |
| 2. | If the number of participants on the day exceeds the limit of 1,000, other participants will join in "view-only" mode. This mode allows participants to watch and listen to the meeting content but not to interact via audio, video, or chat. |
| 3. | If you have questions, please use the online question form (Link: https://forms.office.com/r/cKCNhxZVXj) to submit them. |
| 4. | For relevant materials regarding the aforementioned lecture series, please download them from the Fund Administration's website (website: www.fund.gov.tw) under the "Civil Servant and Teacher Individual Account System Zone \ Savings Promotion \ Educational Promotion Presentations" section. |
| 5. | For personnel from this government (including subordinate agencies) attending the aforementioned lecture series, please grant official leave. For personnel attending from the Taoyuan City Council, please handle leave arrangements according to your authority. |
| IV. | The Fund Administration plans to entrust this government to organize in-person promotional lectures around April of 115. Further information regarding these lectures will be communicated separately. |
| V. | Additionally, the Fund Administration has uploaded educational training videos on the individual account self-directed investment system to the "e-Learning Public Service Platform+" on the Institute's website. If you are unable to attend the aforementioned lecture series, you may self-study through this platform (website: https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10046701). Upon passing the assessment, learning hours will be automatically recorded by the system. |
