| II. | The aforementioned election is scheduled to be held on November 28, 115 (Saturday). |
| III. | According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, chief administrators must be current civil servants or public school teachers, chief supervisors must be current or former civil servants or public school teachers, and more than one-third of administrators must be current civil servants or public school teachers. Therefore, please inform your subordinates and encourage and recommend colleagues to participate. |
| IV. | Furthermore, according to the aforementioned letter from the Central Election Commission, participants in the 115 local public official elections will be granted one day of compensatory leave. The work fees for polling station staff are as follows: for elections with 3 ballots, the chief administrator will receive NT$3,700, the chief supervisor NT$3,050, the administrator NT$2,400, the supervisor NT$2,200, and the reserve staff NT$2,000. |
