Forwarding the Ministry of Justice's "Summer 'Manga' Life, Creative 'Drawing' Story" 2026 National Student Crime Prevention Comic and Creative Short Film Competition

| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Justice's letter No. 11505507910 dated June 18, 115. |
| II. | The comic group for the aforementioned activity is open to students from junior high school (including vocational high schools) and below, while the short film group is open to students currently enrolled in junior high, vocational high schools, and universities. |
| III. | The submission period is from July 1 to October 1, 115, with online registration. For information regarding the submission event and to download registration materials, please search the following websites: |

| IV. | To expand participation, the elementary school grades 1-3 category accepts submissions in two formats: either on A3 (39x27 cm) drawing paper or A2 (39x54 cm) drawing paper, using either physical artwork or computer graphics. |
| V. | This year, students participating in the event and their instructors will be eligible for a lucky draw. Additionally, the Ministry of Justice will issue relevant certificates, awards, or letters of appreciation. |
| VI. | Attached are the event regulations, registration form, and poster, each in one copy. |
