Regarding the competition results of the 10th Civil Servants Badminton Championship of this city and the awards for outstanding participating teams and personnel.

| I. | The aforementioned competition was successfully held on June 27, 115, at the gymnasium of Chang Gung University of Science and Technology. A total of 109 teams participated, with approximately 1,300 individuals in attendance. As per tradition, this year's competition was divided into eight categories: Civil Servant Men's Group A, B, and C; Civil Servant Women's Group A, B, and C; and Faculty and Staff Men's and Women's Groups. The competition results for each group are attached herewith. |
| II. | In accordance with the regulations of the 10th Taoyuan City Civil and Educational Personnel Badminton Championship Implementation Plan, the principles for rewarding outstanding participating teams are as follows: |
| (I) | For the first-place teams in each Civil Servant group, the captain and team members shall each receive a commendation. Additionally, two individuals from the team, selected from the team leader, coach, manager, and those actively involved in team training and management, shall each receive a commendation. |
| (II) | For the first-place teams in the Faculty and Staff Men's and Women's groups, the captain and team members shall each receive a commendation. The captains and team members of the second and third-place teams shall be awarded a certificate of commendation. Additionally, two individuals from each team, selected from the team leader, coach, manager, and those actively involved in team training and management, shall be rewarded with commendations or certificates of commendation according to the aforementioned rankings. |
| III. | Furthermore, in accordance with Article 4 of the "Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools Regulations for Handling Civil Servant Commendation and Punishment Cases," routine commendation and punishment cases are authorized for approval and issuance by subordinate agencies. Specifically, commendation cases of merit or below for second-level agencies may be authorized for self-handling by their supervising first-level agencies. Commendation cases for the heads of first-level agencies and district chiefs shall be reported to this Government for approval. Additionally, in accordance with Article 4 of the "Taoyuan City Municipal Schools and Kindergartens Faculty and Staff Commendation and Punishment Regulations," commendation cases of merit or below for school faculty and staff are authorized for self-handling by the schools. Commendation cases for principals shall be reported to the Department of Education for approval. |
| IV. | Regarding the commendation of outstanding participating team members in this competition, for civil servants under this Government, please have the responsible authorities handle the commendations in accordance with the aforementioned reward standards and relevant regulations (recommended). For faculty and staff, the organizing district offices shall compile the list of individuals to be commended and submit it to their respective service schools or the Department of Education for commendation or issuance of certificates. For agencies (schools) not affiliated with this Government, please refer to the aforementioned reward principles and handle commendation matters within your authority. |
